Grandpa set his trailer up at the beach
and Ryan 
came to visit . He found a lot to do in this new place. Cupboards 
yielded musical instruments 
and he found a million ways to use fly swatters 
.
The traditional bedtime snack 
was followed by Mom and Grandma Patty trying to put him 
to bed. But he just needed Grandpa to read him a book 
before he dropped off.
When he woke up there was the sand 
right outside of Grandpa's door. He sifted it 
and found all kinds of treasure 
in there. Mom taught him how to stomp 
sand castles and Grandpa showed him how to walk on walls 
.
When Grandpa showed him how to fly a kite 
Mom was relieved to see him fly it 
without being carried aloft!
